Not every order we handle is for a large commercial project. Recently, we completed an order for an electric water heater solar powered system purchased by a homeowner in the Philippines.
Unlike distributors who usually purchase in bulk, this customer was buying the system for his own house. Before placing the order, he asked us many practical questions, such as how much hot water the system could provide for a family, whether it would continue working during cloudy weather, and how the electric backup function operated. After comparing several models, he finally selected the one that best matched his daily household needs.
Once the order was confirmed, we checked every component before packing, including the water tank, vacuum tubes, electric heating element, mounting frame and installation accessories. Because this was a single-unit shipment, extra attention was paid to protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during international transportation.
Several weeks after the shipment left our factory, we received a message from the customer confirming that the system had arrived safely in the Philippines. He shared that all parts were complete, the packaging remained in good condition, and the installation was completed smoothly.
For us, every order deserves the same level of attention, whether it is a full container for a distributor or a single solar water heater for an individual customer.
