What are the installation steps for a floor heating water distributor?

1. Distribute water pipe diameter
Before installing a floor heating water distributor, it is necessary to determine the diameter of the water inlet and return port of the water distributor according to the design requirements. Normally, the water inlet is a 4-part pipe and the water return port is a 6-part pipe. If the design has special requirements, the relevant regulations should be followed.
2. Install water distributor
First, cut the diverter pipe with a pipe cutter. According to the design requirements, install the water distributor at the designated location and fix it firmly. Make sure the water distributor base is vertical and well fixed, and check whether the connections are firm.
3. Connect various pipe fittings
Connect the water inlet of the water distributor to the main water supply pipe and install the valve; connect the water return port of the water distributor to each branch and seal it with raw material tape; fix various pipe fittings on the water distributor.
4. Debugging and use
After the installation is completed, debugging is required. Open the main valve and check whether each branch is connected correctly and whether the water distributor is operating normally. If a problem occurs, it needs to be adjusted and repaired in time.
