1. Due to the high radiation intensity of sunlight, the water inside the solar vacuum heat collector tube experiences a high temperature of around 300 degrees Celsius when solar energy is not used for a long time or is first used for water supply. When water is suddenly used, the tube explodes. Therefore, solar water supply can only be replenished before sunrise in the morning or one hour after sunset in the evening.
2. Regularly check if the solar exhaust port is blocked to avoid damage to the water tank due to poor exhaust.
3. When the winter temperature is below 0 ℃, the water in the exhaust and inlet pipes is prone to freezing. If a solar water heater is used at this time, negative pressure will form in the insulation water tank, causing the inner tank to collapse and damage the water heater. Therefore, to ensure the safety of the water heater, it is strictly prohibited to use a solar water heater when the exhaust pipe is blocked due to temperatures below 0 ℃ or other reasons.
4. When adjusting the bath water temperature, it is necessary to first open the cold water switch of the mixing valve according to the season, water temperature, and bath habits. Then, slowly turn to the hot water switch and adjust the mixing valve until the water temperature is suitable for the bath temperature to prevent skin burns due to high hot water temperature. Children and elderly people need to be accompanied when bathing to prevent burns.
5. When the mixing valve is not in use, the handle should be turned to the cold or hot water end to prevent cold and hot water from flowing through the mixing valve.
6. It is best not to consume the water in a solar water heater, as it cannot be completely drained and can easily breed bacteria, which is harmful to health.
7. When using the falling water method to collect water, water should be replenished immediately after the hot water is used up to prevent the vacuum tube from exploding when the temperature of the vacuum tube is too high to replenish water.
8. On cloudy and rainy days, electric auxiliary heating is used. When there is no control instrument for operation, simply press the "reset" button of the leakage protection plug, the power indicator light will be on (red), and the electric heating will start working. Press the "test" button, the power will be cut off, the power indicator light will be off, and the heating will stop. With a control instrument, simply press the heating button to start the electric heating. When the heating reaches the set temperature, the electric heating stops working.
